What is Angel Aligner?
Angel Aligner is a clear aligner system. It is a series of thin, removable plastic trays, each shaped a little differently from the last, that move the teeth in small steps. It is made by Angelalign Technology Inc., a company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Shanghai, China, and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2021. Angelalign announced its United States launch in August 2023, and it reports more than 2 million cases treated worldwide (Angelalign 2025 annual results, March 2026).
In the United States, the aligners are cleared by the FDA through the 510(k) process for aligning teeth during orthodontic treatment (FDA clearances K203688, 2021, and K223517, 2023). Angel’s own patient guidance is to wear the trays 20 to 22 hours a day and to take them out to eat and to clean them.
How Angel Aligner treatment works at Fiesta
- An exam with an orthodontist. The orthodontist checks your teeth and bite and tells you whether aligners suit your case.
- A plan for the whole series of trays. The orthodontist reviews the planned tooth movements before the trays are made.
- Wearing the trays. You wear them 20 to 22 hours a day and move to each new tray on the schedule your orthodontist sets, with check-in visits at the office.
- A retainer at the end. A retainer holds the teeth in their new position once the tray series is finished.
Angel Aligner vs Invisalign

What does Angel Aligner cost at Fiesta?
Full orthodontic treatment at Fiesta typically falls between $3,800 and $6,500. We do not publish a separate Angel Aligner price. The fee depends on your case, and you get it at your consultation. You can pay over time with 0% in-house payment plans, or finance through CareCredit, Cherry or Sunbit.
Fiesta is in-network with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife and UnitedHealthcare, and we verify your benefits before treatment starts.
